I have returned an item, when will I receive my money?
Your money is automatically refunded back via the payment method you used to make the purchase:

Credit card:
If the payment was made using a debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card.

If the payment was made using PayPal, the value of your return will be refunded to your PayPal account.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received into our warehouse, and you should usually receive your refund within 48 hours of receiving this email.

Can I return or exchange items?
Yes, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your original order.
How do I return an item?
With our enclosed return sticker you will be able to return your items easily and quickly. But you are not obliged to use it. Use of this sticker does not affect your right of return. Iy you want to return an item, simply put it in a box in its original packaging.

On our return form you can indicate your reason of return.

Put your item with the return form in a box and paste the return label on the box. You can hand over your return to PostNL, so you do not have to pay for your return. Please note that only returns from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands are free of charge. If you want to exchange an item, please indicate on the return form which size and colour you would like to receive in return, we will send you a new item.
